The purpose of this AGREEMENT is to specify the terms and conditions under which certain Works of ART,
The Come Follow Jesus Image
w/Custom Picture Framing
Executed for the purpose of promotion and fund raising, and to further the awareness and knowledge of The Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ
The Black & White and Color copies of Artist’s Rendering may appear in all advertising, promotions and fund raising activities for no additonal commissions, royalties or fees. Where there is no expressed intent to merchandise the Artist Rendering, so as to generate revenues through the direct or indirect sale/barter, gift/donation, or credit/service of Artist’s rendering /Jesus Image, that results in the transfer of Artist Rendering to the public domain. Fare Use within the governed limitation of this AGREEMENT and the Church is understood as not only permissible, but encouraged as 7`(@l Jg ` Njl.

Hereinafter referred to as Artist, will be offered through this agreement
to____________________________________.
Hereinafter referred too individually or collectively as Agent, for advertising, promotion, fund raising and Fair Use as described above at no additonal commission or fees. All other transfers of Artist rendering in exchange for Gifts, Donations, Barter, Sales, Credit, Service or Monies shall be subject to the following commissions/royalties payable to the Artist no later than thirty days from the date of transfer.
For such items as Book Covers, Web Pages, T-shirts, Mugs, Bags, Pins, Buttons, Posters/Prints, Photos, Cards, Clothing, ext. and where the Artist’s rendering/Jesus Image is displayed as part of or all the featured image. Including any items where the Artist’s rendering is displayed as a trademark or tag that can be seen at anytime during or after the Sale, Donation or Exchange of Credit or Service, the following commissions/royalties will apply.
Black & White Rendering/ Jesus Image (10% Commission/Royalty) or $10.00 per $100.00 of Sale/Donation
Color Copies of Rendering/Jesus Image (15% Commission/Royalty) or $15.00 per $100.00 of Sale/Donation
For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is here by acknowledged. The Artist does hereby transfer and assign to the Agent and his heirs, executives, administrators, and assign all its rights, title and interest within the boundaries and limitations of this agreement, as set forth herein this AGEEMENT under the terms of this AGREEMENT.
Whereas the Artist is a recognized professional artist, and whereas the Agent admires the work of the Artist and wishes to commission the Artist to design and, or create a Work of Art in the Artist own Style.
Where the Parties wish to have the Work of Art governed by the mutual obligations, covenants and conditions herein.
The Agent agrees to see that the Work of Art is properly maintained without alteration, modification or change in any way whatsoever.
The Artist retains all copyrights and reserves all *Rights of Reproductions of the Work of Art, (the preliminary design and incidental works made in the creation of the work). Copyright notice in the name of the Artist shall appear on the Work and the Artist shall also receive authorship credit in connection with the Work or any reproductions thereof.
The Artist retains the *Right of Termination, (to cancel, nullity, and /or terminate this agreement at any time, that the copies do not meet with the Artist’s moral and ethical standards for quality, and at any time, that any of the terms of this AGREEMENT are breached.
This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs’ successors, assigns and personal representatives, and references to the Artist and Agent shall include theirs successors, assigns and personal representatives.
Neither party hereto shall have the right to assign this AGREEMENT without the prior written consent of the other party. The Artist shall, however, retain the right to assign monies due to the Artist under the terms of this AGREEMENT.
This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Its terms can be modified only by an instrument in writing signed by both parties and a Glossary of Terms of this AGREEMENT shall be provided.
A waiver of any breach of any of the provisions of this AGREEMENT shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provisions hereof.
Each party shall give written notification of any changes of address prior to the date of said change.
The Laws of the State of Virginia & The Copyright Laws of The U.S.A. Library of Congress shall govern this Agreement.
